How to read these answers

Every answer on this page starts with the direct answer in its first sentence, then adds the context you need to act on it. Product facts (ingredients, amounts, directions, warnings) come from the Supplement Facts panel and label artwork for Nervecept, which we transcribe on the Supplement Facts page. Prices and refund terms come from the maker's BuyGoods order page and its written return policy, checked on October 16, 2026. Medical points are summarized from the peer-reviewed studies and government sources cited on our ingredients and safety pages.

Three answers come up so often that they are worth stating up front. Nervecept is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for neuropathy. It contains shellfish-derived glucosamine, so it is not for anyone with a shellfish allergy unless an allergist agrees. And it has a 60-day refund policy that accepts empty bottles, which is the practical safety net if it does not help you. If your question is about your own health, medicines or test results, a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history will give a better answer than any FAQ.

About the product

What is Nervecept?

Nervecept is a dietary supplement capsule marketed as a "Nerve Repair Formula". Each capsule lists eight ingredients totaling 699 mg, led by 500 mg of glucosamine sulfate. It is sold online through the maker's BuyGoods checkout.

Who makes Nervecept?

The label names Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412 as distributor, with the phone number +1 (507) 448-8190 and the email [email protected]. The label says it is manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.

Is Nervecept a drug?

No. It is a dietary supplement. It is not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent neuropathy or any other disease.

Is this the official Nervecept website?

This is an independent U.S. order and reference desk. Our order buttons lead to the maker's official BuyGoods checkout, at the same prices and with the same refund policy. We are not the manufacturer and we earn a commission on orders.

What does "Nerve Repair Formula" mean?

It is the product's name on the label. The label's actual claims are narrower: supports nerve sensitivity, promotes nerve function and strength in extremities. No study shows the formula repairs nerves.

Ingredients and label

What is in Nervecept?

Per capsule: glucosamine sulfate 500 mg, Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) 67 mg, chondroitin sulfate 50 mg, turmeric root 50 mg, and quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain at 8 mg each. Other ingredients: hypromellose capsule and rice flour.

Does Nervecept contain shellfish?

Yes. The label states "Contains: Shellfish (Crayfish)", which comes from the glucosamine. People with a shellfish allergy should not take it without an allergist's approval.

Does Nervecept contain vitamin B12, B1 or alpha-lipoic acid?

No. None of these appear on the Supplement Facts panel, although B vitamins appear in images on the sales page.

Is there caffeine or a stimulant in Nervecept?

No. None of the eight ingredients is a stimulant.

Does Nervecept have a proprietary blend?

No. Every active ingredient has its own milligram amount on the label.

Taking Nervecept

How do I take Nervecept?

One capsule a day with an 8 oz glass of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as your healthcare professional directs.

Can I take two capsules a day?

The label says not to exceed the recommended dose of one capsule. Taking more is not advised without medical supervision.

What if I miss a day?

Take the next capsule at your usual time. Do not double up to make up for a missed dose.

Can I take Nervecept with food?

The label suggests 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. If it upsets your stomach, many people take it with the meal instead; ask your pharmacist if unsure.

How long does one bottle last?

Thirty days at one capsule a day.

How should I store Nervecept?

In a cool, dry place away from heat and light, as the label directs. A kitchen cupboard away from the stove is fine; a steamy bathroom or a hot car is not. Keep the lid closed and the bottle out of reach of children.

Can I open the capsule and mix the powder into food?

The label does not say. The capsule exists partly to hide the salty, bitter taste of glucosamine and turmeric. If you have trouble swallowing capsules, ask a pharmacist whether opening them is reasonable for you.

Safety and interactions

Is Nervecept safe?

For most healthy adults the ingredients at these doses are well tolerated, with occasional mild digestive effects. The main risks are shellfish allergy and possible interaction with blood thinners.

Can I take Nervecept with warfarin or other blood thinners?

Ask your doctor first. Glucosamine has been linked to a raised INR in people taking warfarin, and turmeric, bromelain and quercetin may also affect bleeding.

Can I take Nervecept with gabapentin or pregabalin?

No direct interaction is known, but check with your prescriber before combining, and do not stop or reduce a prescribed medicine.

Is Nervecept safe with diabetes?

People with diabetes should keep monitoring glucose as usual when adding any supplement and should talk to their care team, especially about foot checks and B12 testing.

Can I take Nervecept while pregnant or nursing?

The label advises pregnant or nursing women to consult a physician before use; there is no safety research for these ingredients in pregnancy.

Results and expectations

Does Nervecept work?

There is no study of the finished product. Its ingredients have mixed evidence for joint pain, mostly at higher doses, and no evidence for nerve symptoms. Some people may notice modest comfort changes; many will not.

How long until I notice anything?

Plan on six to eight weeks. Trials of the main ingredients ran 8 to 24 weeks. Judge it around week six so you can still use the refund window.

Will Nervecept stop burning feet?

It is not designed or proven to. Burning feet often reflect small-fiber neuropathy, which needs a medical work-up for causes such as diabetes or low B12.

Is Nervecept better than gabapentin?

They are not comparable. Gabapentin is a prescription medicine with trial evidence for nerve pain; Nervecept is a low-dose supplement without such evidence.

Comparisons and alternatives

Is Nervecept the same as a glucosamine-chondroitin supplement?

Largely, yes, with additions. Glucosamine and chondroitin make up 550 of its 699 mg of actives, and the other ingredients (boswellia, turmeric, MSM, bromelain, quercetin, methionine) are also common in joint formulas. The difference is the nerve-focused marketing and the small amounts of each extra ingredient. A standard glucosamine-chondroitin product often provides more of both for less money.

How does Nervecept compare with alpha-lipoic acid?

They are built on different research. Alpha-lipoic acid at 600 mg a day has trials in diabetic neuropathy showing reduced symptom scores. Nervecept contains no alpha-lipoic acid; its ingredients are studied mainly for osteoarthritis. Ask your doctor before taking alpha-lipoic acid if you have diabetes, as it may lower blood sugar.

Would a B12 supplement do more for my nerves?

Only if you are low in B12. Deficiency is a known, reversible cause of neuropathy, especially in people on metformin, older adults and people with stomach or bowel conditions. A blood test can tell you. If your level is normal, extra B12 is unlikely to help nerve symptoms.

Is Nervecept the same as Nerve Cept, Nervicept or Nervacept?

"Nerve Cept" is usually the same product typed with a space. "Nervicept", "Nervacept" and similar names may be different products. The genuine Nervecept bottle is white with a navy lower band, a glowing neuron graphic and the words "Nerve Repair Formula", and holds 30 capsules.

Can I take Nervecept with my other joint supplement?

Check the combined totals first. If your other product already contains glucosamine, chondroitin or turmeric, adding Nervecept increases those amounts. That is not usually dangerous for healthy adults, but it matters if you take blood thinners, and it may simply mean paying twice for the same ingredients.

Is Nervecept better than doing nothing?

Nobody can say for the finished product, because it has not been tested against placebo. In large glucosamine trials, placebo groups improved substantially, which is why a personal log and the refund deadline are your best tools for judging it.

Company, website and trust

Is Nervecept legit or a scam?

Nervecept is a real product with a complete label, a named distributor, a known checkout platform and a written 60-day refund policy. Its sales page, however, makes claims ("eliminate nerve pain", "clinically proven") that the evidence does not support. Real product, overstated marketing.

Why does the sales page show ingredients that are not on the label?

The page includes images of B12, thiamine, biotin, spirulina and magnesium, and one FAQ answer mentions biotin and a "Gabaflow Mix". These appear to be template leftovers. The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle is the legal ingredient list, and it lists none of them.

Who runs this website?

The Nervecept Formula Desk, an independent order and reference team. We are not the manufacturer or distributor. We earn a commission when you order through our links, at no extra cost to you, and the commission is the same for every package.

Why should I trust this site over the maker's page?

You do not have to trust either. Every fact here links to its source: the label artwork, the maker's checkout and policy pages, or the original research. Check the bottle in your hand against our transcript and you will see whether we got it right.

Does the FDA approve Nervecept?

No supplement is FDA approved. The FDA regulates supplements after they reach the market, requires manufacturers to follow Good Manufacturing Practice rules, and can act against unsafe products or illegal claims.

How do I report a problem with Nervecept?

For an order issue, contact the maker's support. For a suspected side effect, tell your doctor and you can report it to the FDA's MedWatch program. For an error on this site, email our desk; corrections are dated on the page.

Orders, shipping and refunds

Where can I buy Nervecept?

Through the maker's BuyGoods checkout, which our order buttons link to. Marketplace listings on Amazon or eBay are not covered by the maker's refund policy.

How much does Nervecept cost?

2 bottles for $158 plus $9.99 shipping, 3 bottles for $207 or 6 bottles for $294, both with free U.S. shipping.

Is there a subscription?

No. Every order is a one-time charge.

How do I get a refund?

Email [email protected] within 60 days with "Refund Request" in the subject and your order ID, then mail every bottle with a note and the packing slip to PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412. Return postage is yours.

Who do I contact about my order?
